The period tracker that can't leak your data.

Ovify is a cycle and fertility-awareness tracker for iPhone with no accounts, no backend, and an AI assistant that runs entirely on-device. Everything a journalist needs is on this page — for anything else, write to press@ovify.app.

Fact sheet

The basics.

What

Ovify — a private, local-first menstrual-cycle and fertility-awareness tracker with on-device AI, symptothermal charting, and clinician-ready PDF reports.

Who

Built by Appify sp. z o.o., a small independent studio in Warsaw, Poland.

Platform

iPhone, iOS 17+. Ovify AI requires iOS 26 on Apple-Intelligence-capable devices (iPhone 15 Pro and later).

Price

Free 7-day trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription. No ads, ever.

Availability

Available now on the App Store for iPhone.

Data collected

None, effectively. The only thing that leaves the phone is the App Store purchase receipt. There is no account system and no Ovify server holding health data.

The story

Privacy by architecture, not by policy.

Period-tracker privacy keeps making news — FTC settlements, data-sharing scandals, and post-Dobbs concerns about cycle data being used in legal proceedings. Every app in the category responded with promises. Ovify responds with architecture.

Ovify has no sign-up screen. There is no email field anywhere in the app. Cycle entries, symptoms, and temperatures are stored in an encrypted database on the user's iPhone, and the company has no technical ability to read them — there is no server to read them from.

The proof takes ten seconds: turn on airplane mode, and everything still works — including the AI assistant, which runs on Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Questions like "why is my luteal phase short?" are answered by the phone itself. We believe Ovify is among the first health apps to ship a fully private, on-device AI assistant of this depth.

If Ovify were ever ordered to hand over a user's cycle data, the honest answer would be the architecture: we don't have it.

Beyond privacy

Three more angles.

Serious charting, modern design

Full symptothermal-method support — basal body temperature with automatic coverline detection, cervical mucus, cervix observations, and Sensiplan-based rules — in an interface that doesn't look like medical software.

Data your doctor will read

For users managing PCOS, endometriosis, or perimenopause: six months of cycles, symptoms, and temperatures exported as a clinician-ready PDF in one tap.

Apple-native, day one

Foundation Models with multi-tool calling, two-way HealthKit sync, interactive widgets with App Intents, Face ID lock, and privacy manifests — with day-one adoption of iOS 27's expanded on-device models planned.
