Pricing, auto-renewal and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions to the Ovify mobile application.
These Subscription Terms describe how paid subscriptions to the Ovify mobile application (the "App") work. They supplement, and do not replace, the Terms of Service and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. By starting a free trial or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
Ovify is offered as an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The available plans, the renewal period and the renewal price are displayed inside the App on the subscription screen before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by storefront due to local currency, taxes and Apple's storefront pricing.
New subscribers may be eligible for an introductory free trial. The length of the trial is disclosed in the App at the point of enrollment and is enforced by the Apple App Store per Apple ID. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price disclosed at sign-up and you will be charged at the start of the first paid period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. The renewal price and renewal date are shown on the subscription screen and in the receipt issued by Apple. Apple will charge your Apple ID payment method up to 24 hours before each renewal.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is processed by Apple, not by us:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are processed exclusively by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not in a position to issue refunds directly.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you also have any statutory withdrawal or refund right granted by your national consumer-protection law. As noted in Section 6 of the Terms of Service, by beginning to use paid content immediately on purchase you may lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Apple will notify you in advance of any price increase that affects your renewal. In the European Economic Area, a material price increase will only take effect at renewal with your express consent, in accordance with Apple App Store policy.
Prices shown on the App Store are inclusive of VAT, GST or other applicable consumption tax where Apple collects it as the seller-of-record under local law. Otherwise prices may be exclusive of tax and tax may be added at checkout.
Where Apple supports it for the product configured in App Store Connect, Ovify subscriptions may be shared with members of your Apple Family Group. Family Sharing eligibility is controlled by Apple.
A current list of paid features is shown on the subscription screen inside the App. We may add or change paid features over time; we will not remove a material paid feature without notice during the term of an active subscription.
